UK SHIPPING POLICY
All our deliveries are handled by Royal Mail. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 service for all orders. Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday.
Track your order:
Once your postage label has been printed, your tracking number will be emailed to you. Your tracking will update once your parcel has been collected and scanned in at the RM depot. You can track your order by using your tracking number emailed to you: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
Once your order has left our warehouse, all tracking updates will be shown on your tracking information page on the Royal Mail website. We are unable to see any further updates or intercept parcels once they have been dispatched.
All UK orders take approx 1-3 working days.
Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no-one is in, the delivery driver will make sure to leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot.
In the event of any transit delays, please note that we are unable to process a refund or send a replacement until the parcel is either on its way back to us or has been officially marked as lost or has not moved for a prolonged period.
Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return and processing cost of £5. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
Please note, we do not take any responsibility for delivery to shipping companies or freight forwarders, this will be at your own risk.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
All our international deliveries are handled by Royal Mail and USPS.
Reliability is key, which is why we use a tracked delivery service.
Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no-one is in, the delivery driver will make sure to leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot.
For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. If you refuse to pay any customs fees incurred and the parcel is returned to us, any original postage fees and return costs will be deducted from your refund total. At NEXTGENLABSUK LTD we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country. If your parcel is rejected at customs in your destination country and is returned to us, a refund for your order will be issued once we receive the returned parcel, minus any original postage fees.

We try our best to get deliveries out to you on time, but sometimes international deliveries can take longer than expected. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to postal strikes, customs delays, or severe weather conditions in the destination country.
