6. Orders, Payment & Chargebacks

Chargebacks: Any fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks will make you liable for all associated costs, including bank fees, debt collection charges, and legal expenses.

If ordering from outside the UK:

  • NEXTGENLABSUK LTD is not responsible for packages delayed, seized, or confiscated by customs.
  • No refunds will be given for goods refused or destroyed by customs authorities.

  • We cannot guarantee availability of any item shown on the site.
  • Bundles cannot be used in conjunction with any further discount codes.

9. Refund & Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, in its original condition, and has the original shrink seal intact.

Timeframe:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@nextgenlabsuk.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 2-3 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items:
•  Products without the original shrink seal.
•  Items returned after 30 days from purchase.
•  Used, damaged, or altered products.

10. Accuracy of Information

We do our best to ensure product information is accurate; however, errors or omissions may occur. All information is provided “as is” without warranty.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
